Les Residences – Luxury Homes Marketing

We’re dreaming of an island paradise, our very own paradise home set in the beautiful village of Gorey in Jersey to be precise. The name of this wondrous place? Les Residences.

JMS were approached by agency The Idea Works to produce a four-minute video promoting a stunning new development of luxury homes to high-worth individuals, following our experience in making a promotional video for a similar exclusive housing development in Ireland.

We sourced footage of Gorey and the surrounding picturesque areas, and developed the voiceover script from the client-supplied storyboard. Once again we worked alongside the architectural visualisation specialist Different Planet who created a virtual 3D walk-though of the sumptuous development. Our post production expertise brought together the aspirational location photography and rendered visualisations with an equally luxurious soundtrack.

The result? A dangerously tempting promo that makes us all want to part with our hard-earned cash and set sail for Jersey.
