Newmarket Racecourse ‘Piper Heidsieck Festival’

We’ve broken open the bubbly for a day at the races! It’s become a summer of celebration for JMS as, for the first time, we’ve had the pleasure of advertising the many facets of Newmarket Racecourse on both TV and Radio.

It began with our TV commercial for Piper Heidsieck July Festival, the world-famous fiesta of stirring races, flamboyant dresses and outrageous hats, for which we brought-together footage from a variety of sources (and formats) and smoothed it into a cheeky (and successful) commercial transmitted across East Anglia.

And then there came a torrent of radio commercials for many more of Newmarket’s major summer fixtures – individual creations for the stage concerts of icons like Van Morrison, Kool & the Gang and Sir Tom Jones – and each delivered for transmission on 17 stations.

With all the copyright clearances and tight deadlines it demanded plenty of stamina from our thoroughbred audio team, so it’s handy that they have a long track record in promoting the likes of Sir Elton and Sir Paul!

The creative, the execution, the delivery – once again a winning combination from the JMS stable! Thanks to Media Managers for their sterling work, and special thanks to Newmarket Racecourse who left us in no doubt how happy they are with the productions! Cheers!
