A Knight At The Opera!

A call was put out for budding opera stars in the local press, across talent websites and social networks...
Many turned up and warmed up, all eager for their 15 seconds in the spotlight...
And as the lights went down and the cameras rolled every performer hoped they'd make the final cut - and appear in Anglian Home Improvements' sponsorship bumpers!
Shot, directed and edited by JMS in less than a month, the bumpers were produced to proudly sponsor ITV's brand new show 'Popstar to Opera Star' - that sees pop stars, including Jimmy Osmond, Kym Marsh and Bernie Nolan train to become opera singers.
The shoot involved a day of open auditions which uncovered some hidden local talent and caused a real stir across Norwich with the local press and radio scrambling to find out more!
After the shoot came the mammoth task of sifting through all the footage to find not only the best performances but also the most entertaining! As ever JMS rose to the challenge, and now you can see those performances for yourself, before, during and after Popstar to Opera Star on ITV from January 15th!
